Nitesh Gor (Chairman) – Nitesh's experience encompasses CEO and executive director roles across the exploration, asset management and investment banking industries. He has a broad business strategy background gained as a result of working for two leading corporate strategy consultancies and as an independent advisor to corporate boards. He has further experience as a specialist consultant within venture capital and was co-founder and CEO of Dharma Investments behind the Dow Jones Dharma Indexes. Nitesh's primary corporate focus is on leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship. Nitesh has an MBA from London Business School and a BSc from the University of London.
Pradip Gajjar – Pradip leads on I-Foundation's initiatives in Leicester. He is a Senior Consultant at Transnational Management Associates, a global provider of management development programmes. He specialises in global team development and cross-cultural consultancy. Pradip has consulted for some of the world's leading global organisations. He is also an Associate of The Institute for Voluntary Action Research, providing management development for the non-profit sector, and Associate Director of Diversiton, Europe's leading diversity training network. Pradip has an MBA from Aston Business School.
Dilip Patel – Dilip is a successful entrepreneur with a retail and wholesale consumer electronics company. Dilip is also a prominent community figurehead, responsible for organising some of the largest Hindu festivals outside of India. He chairs the Patrons Council of Bhaktivedanta Manor.
Ramesh Shah – Ramesh is a chartered accountant with over 35 years experience managing his own successful city-based accountancy firm. Ramesh has over 15 years experience managing and advising charities and in particular, supporting charitable schools. Ramesh is co-founder and former Director of Garland Management, where he managed a substantial property investment portfolio.
Sanjay Gadhvi – Sanjay is a successful commodities trader and mining entrepreneur. He has extensive experience with organising important Hindu events such as "Diwali in the Square" with Mayor of London's office.
Sanjiv Agarwal M.S., F.R.C.S., F.R.C.S.(Urol.) – Sanjiv is Consultant Urologist at the Hammersmith, Charing Cross and St. Mary's Hospitals. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Imperial College School of Medicine.
Upendra Kalan – Upendra has held various President and Treasurer roles across different education and community based charities in the UK, Hong Kong and South Africa. He has also led community fund raising for international aid relief campaigns (including the Gujarat Earthquake and Asian Tsunami). Upendra qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloittes within the Financial Services Group and has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience. He was previously a Director in Global Equities Management at UBS where he spent 14 years and was Finance Director and Head of Operations for the South East Asian Equities Businesses responsible for all financial, operational, legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Yuvraj Rana – Yuvraj operates a wholesale lighting business. He has extensive experience in community event organisation and marketing. He is also former chairperson of the UK's largest Hindu youth group. Yuvraj has a degree in Business.
